The Keiser M3 Indoor Bike is backed by a comprehensive warranty designed to protect your investment and ensure long‑term performance. Every Keiser product is built with premium materials and craftsmanship, and the warranty reflects that commitment to quality.
All‑Product Limited Warranty
Keiser covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Coverage includes:
- 10 Years: Structural frame integrity
- 3 Years: Cylinders, displays, processor boxes, and thumb buttons (excluding plastic parts)
- Note: Coverage is reduced to 1 year if compressor units are used without a drying mechanism.
- 2 Years: Compressor and dryer units, cables, pulleys, and bearings
- 1 Year: Chrome finish
- 90 Days: Paint, upholstery, seat belts, hand grips, and all other rubber or plastic components
M Series Cardio Warranty
For the original purchaser, Keiser provides:
- 3 Years: Full coverage on all components (excluding labor and wearable parts)
- 90 Days: Wearable items, including T‑handles, pedal cages, pedal straps, and saddle upholstery
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents, abuse, or improper use
- Poor or insufficient maintenance
- Incorrect assembly by the purchaser
- Failure to follow the Parts and Maintenance Manual
International Warranty Policy
Keiser warranties apply only within the United States. Equipment purchased in the U.S. and exported internationally is not covered, unless it is bought directly from an authorized Keiser distributor in the destination country or from Keiser’s international division.
